I got lucky enough to see one last year in Brussels.

Got to see one of these on the same day, although there were a lot of things in the way.
03-3120 (McChord AFB) was parked across from the E-4B.
I also got to see one in 2023, delivering a pair of AH-64E Apache helicopters to the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) at Woensdrecht Air Base.
00-0171 landing and backtracking on runway 07 at Woensdrecht.
