Not sure if this is the correct category . But I’m just cruising over the UK and the winds goes from 0 to 75, it drops, then it’s like 30 seconds 0 and it goes gradually up again. This wend on for a few circles. I have videos and replay available.

Huge jetstream over the United Kingdom right now, what I see has over 100kts. Pretty normal for the wind to go crazy at those altitudes.

They way it’ changes makes me think it might be a bug or something. It moves to smooth from +/- 75 to 0 and back up in the same pace..

This looks like something that can happen during these intense spurts of jetstreams
I’ve looked at the videos again and I don’t think the strength of the jet stream itself is the issue.
What seems unusual is the way Infinite Flight is changing the wind.
In one recording it decreases almost perfectly smoothly:
~46 → 38 → 30 → 22 → 14 → 6 → 0 kts
and the direction simultaneously moves gradually from roughly 310° to 336°.
It then remains at 0 kts for a while, while the displayed wind direction itself continues slowly changing, before another recording shows essentially the reverse:
~2 → 10 → 18 → 26 → 33 → 41 → 49 kts.
So I’m definitely not questioning whether 75-100+ kt winds are possible over the UK at FL300 — of course they are, especially with the jet stream there.
It’s the very smooth, almost linear ramp from strong wind all the way to exactly 0, followed by the same type of ramp back up, and this happening repeatedly, that seems strange.
To me that looks much more like weather interpolation / transitioning between weather data points than normal jet-stream wind shear.
I have the recordings and replay if the IF team wants to take a look.
Could you use sharemyinfiniteflight.com? Now that I understand it, it definitely sounds weird.
Come to think of it, I think I experienced this once on final.
