Subscriptopn Issue / Error Code 8?

I purchased pro on a guest account and am trying to connect it to my original account, but I get error code 8 and cannot connect.

This issue is not IF related But Network Related.
Try and Restart the Device or Switch Networks.

But it doesn’t work… If I switch to the original account, the pro purchase disappears, so is it not possible to move the guest account pro there?
