Subscriptions

Hi I bought a Subscription for the first time today and I flew for a couple of hours and I didn’t really like this game or it would be possible to get a refund for this bought Subscription I paid € 10.99, I paid from my phone bill and I would like to get that money back if possible. If it were possible to get that money back maybe you know where to go for such a thing ?? I have all the proof of how and when this Subscription was purchased

Reason 1. I didn’t like this game because my phone is very weak and I can’t play it normally
Reason 2. very much time this thing + i only have one phone and i can’t fly so often

While a refund is not guaranteed, you can head over to the email receipt from your purchase and request a refund from your respective App Store.

If your refund request is refused, there isn’t much that can be done, unfortunately. If that’s the case, be sure to turn off auto-renewal (if enabled) so that it won’t renew.

Hi but I have seen some comments too people weren’t very happy with that and they wanted a refund and support wrote to them that you can contact this gmail ([email protected]) and explain what you didn’t like and will deal with the case on your subscription so on . I don’t know if that’s true but maybe you know

You can contact them at [email protected], yes. However, I don’t know if they will refund you. My guess is it’s a case-by-case basis, but I can’t confirm that.
