Good day. I’m trying to renew my monthly subscription but when I make the attempt Google is saying that the subscription is active and infinite flight is telling me item already purchased. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Subscription renews automatically, so there is nothing to do on your part.
I’m trying to play on infinite flight and it keeps saying get pro I can’t go to multiplayer… it keeps saying subscription required… oh I forgot to say thanks for getting back to me!
Try restarting your device, and check again :)
I tried restarting and still the same outcome unfortunately 😔
I think I got it now…I had to update my payment method…issue resolved…thanks for all the assistance team. 👍
