Are there any others having trouble renewing their subscription keep getting s message saying can’t connect to iTunes despite being logged in and all working

First, try restarting the app and your device. If that doesn’t work, try logging out and logging back into your account.

This should also be in support not general…

I put it in general as I intended it for general conversation don’t require support. Was merely asking if anyone had encountered the same issue today
