Subscription

Hi I have a problem with my subsciption. My google account is xxxxxx. And I used to use the google account to login. But when renewed and paid for 1 month it created a new account so all my stats are from zero I just realised that today. So my payment didnt go on the google account (N671UA) even if I paid from the google playstore same as before. The new account that have been created without with this last payment is (N518NK), I dont know how this happened I tought by paying a subsciption it was going to be automatically on the google account but as I say for this one there is no active subsciption and that s the one I used to use and all my stats are there. So please could you do something.

Don’t worry, this issue can be fixed. But firstly, please edit out your e-mail for security purposes.

I recommend PMing @schyllberg (support specialist) as he can help you. He many not reply immediately, but he will help you work around the issue.

I would not suggest PMing @schyllberg, it’s easier for him to just email support and to have everything under one. Try emailing support@infiniteflight.com after following the steps below.

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:

  1. Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Install Infinite Flight from App Store again
  4. Tap “Fly online!”.

The app should then display the account that holds your subscription based on the information found on your Apple-ID.

If you are still unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above, please send an e-mail explaining the steps you’ve already taken as well as the information below to support@infiniteflight.com

  • Display Name and Callsign
  • Device
  • Complete Purchase Receipt showing date, item, and item number (Beginning with GPA if Android User)
