I activated the subscription pro for a month, but when I go online, the game gives out “No active infinite flight pro subscriptions found”

Try to restart the app and/or try to sign in again. I hope it would help.

What devices are you using?

Do you use a Google account or Facebook and have you logged into the correct one?

Did the payment 100% go through?

Try hitting the “I already have a subscription button”, that might do the trick. Happened to me once and it worked.

Are you sure that it went through with the subscription?

I’m dealing with the same issue. I can’t log in and the month payment already went threw


If you purchased a new subscription, renewed an existing one or have been signed out for some reason but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign-in to your online account
  2. Tap on the top right corner to access your account page
  3. Select “Subscribe Now”
  4. Select “I already have a subscription”

If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please send me the following information in a private message:

  • Full display name.
  • Callsign.
  • Copy of the purchase receipt.

You can attach the email purchase receipt from your respective app store or simply copy and paste the receipt into the body of your response. Note: All receipts from the Google Play Store must display the order ID beginning with “GPA”.
