Can you help me guys because every time i try to subscribe i always get product not found and purchase failed. How can i fix this.

Could you give us some more information to work with please. Is your device jail broken? Device name? IOS/Android version?

Yeah its working on the provided link unlike when i only try to purchase on the app itself that the prompt message.
