Subscription Unavailable

Hi. I’m trying to purchase a subscription from the Fly Online feature - but when I select Subscribe neither of the options for 30 Days or 1 Year are available error code “Infinite Flight, Purchase Failed: Unable to find product”.
Would anyone have any suggestions, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

Which version of Infinite Flight do you have installed and what device including operating system do you have?

Our minimum device requirements have recently changed due to the rapidly evolving features of Infinite Flight which require greater device performance and specifications to smoothly operate. To ensure the best possible experience we recommend that a device has at least 1GB+ of internal device memory (RAM). Our mission will be to continually optimize performance, however the bar must be raised with future features in mind.

iOS Requirements:

  • 64 bit device
  • iOS 10 operating system or later
  • Click here to see full list of iOS devices supported at this time

Android Requirements:

  • Android 5.0 (Lollipop) operating system or later
  • Device must support OpenGL ES 3.0 (Check here.)

Note: Due to large variety of Android devices there is not a specific list of supported devices. Customers with devices that are not supported at this time will receive a message on the Google PlayStore when attempting to download the latest update for Infinite Flight to advise that the device in use is not supported.

It’s version 17.12.2 on my iPad 10.3.3 However I did just notice a warning message saying not compatible with this device on delete and restore. ??


Can you provide a screenshot of the subscription page? Seems you are on an older operating system as well. Did you purchase the app from the Apple Store?

Are you jailbroken, if you are you may not be able to purchase because of validation issues.

Yes downloaded from Apple store. Now that I’ve deleted and re-downloaded, I’ve also lost previously purchased content.



Hi there, the Live and Live + Subscriptions were removed for purchase. Are you certain your device isn’t jailbroken or modified from factory conditions?

If you had the latest build installed the subscription purchase page would appear like this:

I spent a fortune on this through Apple store over the last 24 months.


I know Chris has linked you the necessary links listed in his first reply to you, but what device are you using? iPad Pro? iPhone 6+? etc. Its likely that the iOS device you are using is no longer supported. The list of supported devices can be found in the link below which Chris linked earlier.

If your device does not show up on this list, it is in the unfortunate event that it is no longer supported. And because it is no longer supported it is unable to receive the global update. The old subscription service and pricing model are no longer in effect as the newer subscription service has been in effect with the global update.
