Hi. I want to renew my infinite flight membership but when I do it on the app, it says error and glitches out I need help. Please someone help

Not sure i’m following here. Subscription renewals are made in the app, nowhere else. And when you say it wouldn’t renew? What do you mean? What happens? Getting any error message of any kind?

Do you see a button that says something along the lines of “restore purchase” or something like that? If so check if you have any days left just to confirm.

Please follow the guide below, and check if you have an auto-renewal for Infinite Flight PRO in there, it sounds like you might be stuck in-between a renewal that haven’t been verified.
If you find it, please do cancel it and try again.

Hello,

Your one month of Infinite Flight Pro has expired today, 4 January. The renewal was either cancelled or declined. To continue using the online service another purchase will be necessary. That purchase will be auto-renewing unless otherwise adjusted. Thanks!

If auto-renew is on your subscription on Infinte Flight will automatically renew whenever it is up and charge you.
