Subscription Purchase Error

Hello! Yesterday i was trying to buy a subscription but i can’t by them because the subscription was error. Here is the picture 👇🏻

It says that error and i’ve ask to the staff but the reply was quite to long cause i know that their having christmas. And i’ve try reseting my phone for a few times and my connection seems stabile. Then i tried to open from google play store and it says that there is an update. But when i tried to update it says like this 👇🏻

I don’t know what to do, and i’ve try to ask schyllberg but he hasn’t reply it yet. So i am very confuse right now. I actually want to fill the subs from my pulse but now my pulse is missing cause i’ve wait for too long and he didn’t answer. I’m not telling that they have slow respon and i know that they have christmas to celebrate.

I’ve check my google play store and it says that i have pro active subscription. Here is the picture 👇🏻

I don’t know what kind of error is this but i have check my Infinite Flight account after seeing that picture and it says that i have no subscription. This error kinda weird 🤔

For your information, I use Samsung Galaxy J6 and 3 gb of ram if i’m not mistaken. I hope someone can help me with this issue asap. Thanks!

Hi there, while I can mainly only recommend to wait for the staff response, have you checked the “I already have an account” function (visible in the first picture)?

Try the “I already have an account” and log in with the account that got the sub in google play, if that didn’t work please wait for the staff to help you!
