I am an existing infinite flight player on my iPad. Trying to buy subscription for live play - infinite flight pro. Has “error” under 1month 6 months and 1 year options. Already have google account ready but it kicks me even though I am following the instructions listed on other community posts of similar issue.

This usually comes down to purchase restrictions that are set up in App Store.
You can check this on your iOS device by going to Settings > Screen time > Content & Privacy restrictions > iTunes & App Store.
If anything there is on, that will be the reason.

Try logging out and back in again! It had happened to me and this had worked!
Thanks for responding. I don’t believe so, I can’t even get to the purchase stage anyway, even if there was secondary approval for payment the “error” that comes up kicks me back into my home screen

Thanks. So your advice worked re in app restrictions. I purchased six months, receipt landed and now cannot log in via the google account

From #support :
If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:
- Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
- Restart your device
- Open Infinite Flight
- Tap “Fly Online!”
If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:
- Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
- Restart your device
- Install Infinite Flight from App Store again
- Tap “Fly online!”.
The app should then display the account that holds your subscription based on the information found on your Apple-ID.
