Subscription Problems

So today after a few months of being inactive I re-subscribed to IFpro however when I go to try to fly online or use one of the pro planes it says I don’t have an active subscription.


But then google says that I do in fact have a sub (which is true.)

It would be great to get this fixed and if need be I can supply my receipt from the purchase.
