Subscription Problem

hello “…” I have a problem. I recently changed phones and now I am trying to play with my old phone. But before buying the subscription I already restored the phone to factory setting which in turn only made a new pro account, not my current account. I tried to transfer the data but it didn’t work. It only switches the account and not connect to my former account. I’ve tried pressing the connect button before purchasing the subscription but after only after purchasing it was I able to press connect
Is there any help?
