Subscription problem

I opened the infinite flight app and it said that I did not have a new subscription available, however, my subscription just renewed again a while ago. Could someone help me with this problem?

Could you give the following steps a go & see how it works out:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”
