Subscription problem

I need help i just re subscribed to my account they already took the money but the app keep saying. That i don’t have a subscription please help

Have you tried restarting your app?

Yes, i deleted the app and reinstalled but still . I will restart my phone to see if it solves the problem

Can you please try the following:

  • Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  • Restart your device
  • Open Infinite Flight- Tap “Fly Online!”

I was logged in to my Google account when I made the purchase but it looks like the app made another account for me and put the subscription there

A completely new account

Okay a staff member will have to transfer it over to your account then, please give them some time as I’m sure they are probably asleep right now. Apologies I can’t be of more help.

Looks like they’re having some subscription issues, I purchased quite a while ago but apple isn’t processing it. Oh well.
