When I try to subsribe, it gives me error message. Can’t retract information from server
Can you make sure your internet connection is strong and your IF is updated?
We will also need some more information. Device, OS version, and IF version please?
Try re-installing the app. If that doesn’t work you can always purchase a subscription online.

Sadly, your device may not support the “Pro” service, also known as Global. If you would like to check, here are the device requirements for Infinite Flight.
- Android 5.0 (Lollipop) operating system or later
- Device must support OpenGL ES 3.0 (Check HERE)
- iOS 10.3.2 or later (11.2 is prefered) | Any device that supports iOS 10.3.2 is supported by Global
