Subscription problem

Device: POCO X6 Pro
Operating system: Android 14

Hi,

I just purchased the Pro subscription again after a few months. Closed and re-opened the app again, it put me on a brand new unlinked Grade 1 account. Tried linking it to this account and it gave me an error message “The account you are trying to link is already linked to an active pro subscription “ (something along the lines of this). How can I resolve this? Thanks.

For account/subscription issues it’s best to contact Infinite Flight support at [email protected] so they can help you transfer your subscription to the correct account!
