Subscription problem

Hi guys, ive paid for IF pro earlier but i did it on a user account not my main account, is there anyway i can transfer the subscription over without having to repay for the subscription as i dont want to waster more money incase it comes out on the wrong account again

Sorry to hear about the issues you are facing. I believe the best thing to do in such cases, where you would like to transfer your subscription from one account to another, is to contact [email protected] via email.

Any Support Mod, feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, but I found similar topics which said to proceed with what I mentioned.

Just to add to Jinco’s response above, in order to save both yourself and Support some time, I’d advise you to include the following details in your initial email:

  • Callsign of the account with the active subscription
  • Purchase receipt (beginning with GPA on Android)
  • Callsign (or IFC account username, if connected) of your original account - the one to which you want the subscription transferred to

This should save you some back and forth and help resolve your issue quicker.
