Subscription Payment not working

When I enter the subscription area, the payment options are on screen but the costs are replaced by an ERROR message. When you try to click on the payment option, the app crashes. There is no ‘I already have a subscription’ icon so that is easy won’t work. The image attached is of the payment page…

Go to Settings on your iOS device, then “Screen time” —> Content & Privacy restrictions —> iTunes & App Store purchases. Do we have anything turned on there perhaps?

That is a good idea, but I do not know my screen time password…
