Subscription not working

Hello, I purchased a pro subscription today, but it keep saying either “An error occurred. Restart the app and try again. (SKErrorCode 0)” or “There was an error on the Infinite Flight servers. Try again shortly (error code 8)”. Even though it says I have the subscription on Apple’s side.



Device: iPad Air 5
Operating System: 17.6.1

Were you signed it to your IFC account when you purchased the sub? Also, which device are you using and has it been updated?

Hello!

SKErrorCode 0 comes from App Store and not Infinite Flight.
Try restarting your device and see if it helps :)

Ive been seeing that code from users a lot over the last few days. What exactly is it?

I’ve seen it two times and both of those have been the past 24hrs.
I think you might be confusing it with something else?

What the code is I don’t know.
It is an unknown error coming directly from Apple’s API. Often this is just an error on Apple’s side.

Got to love Apple, lol. Ive seen it 4 times. Maybe I’m duplicating them though. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yes but sometimes there is error code 8, it just comes randomly.

I restarted it and it still doesn’t work

Now it gives me error code 8 @schyllberg @CaptainDavid

@schyllberg apple says I’m currently subscribed to it when I click get pro, is there anyway to deal with that?

If you go to your order history on the Apple-ID, do you see anything there?

Nope, and my account balance never changed.

I’m going to say that there’s something going on with Apple in South East Asia.
There’s been 3-4 reports of this today and all of those originates from the same location in the world.

And we are seeing subscriptions being renew/purchased otherwise.
