Subscription not working

So, I just bought a 1 month subscription and when I open the app its not letting me use it

Sorry to hear.
Can you please do the following:

  • Tap “Get Pro”
  • Tap “I already have an account”
  • Tap “Restore to default account”

That process should bring up the account which your subscription is currently linked to :)

I did all that and it didn’t worked, so I reinstalled the app and It worked, thanks!

That’s odd as it shouldn’t be needed.

But the most important thing here is that you have access to the sub :)
