I purchased my subscription a few weeks ago and I have been doing a couple of flights. And it seemed to stop working. It’s saying that my subscription “expired” but when I visit the page it says it expire on the 22.
I need some help, I tried restarting the app and deleting the app and nothing work I just keep hitting a brick wall.

My current callsign is N114AG. My display name is SpeedBird 335.
Wait I don’t know which is which but yea…
There’s actually no account matching that combination. I found 4 accounts with N114AG, but none with anything related and/or similar to Speedbird 335

Have you tried to simply restart your device?
I have tried many troubleshoot options before submitting this support ticket. Because I know the workers at IF be busy so I wanted to make sure non of the problems wasn’t on my end.
- I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.
- Check my internet connect and data.
- I restarted my device.
- I made sure my date and time on my phone was correct.
And nothing seem to budge after all the troubleshooting I did.
And are you signed into that account in the app right now? What does it show on the same page as you just showed me in the screenshot above? I assume it is from earlier since it’s showing an active subscription.
I’m currently signed into the account I made the purchase on. Because it says I have until the 22 of October until my subscription expires.

So this continues to happen when you’re flying, it says you don’t have an active sub when flying?
It’s okay everyone is human I completely understand, and yes every time I try to fly it says that I don’t have an active subscription. And other times it don’t even let me within the server.
When was the last time you tried?
The last day I actually tried was around a few days ago.
I checked our server logs just now, and i can see you launching the app and we’re verifying your sub as valid. So i would give it a go as soon as you’re able :)
So the problem is fixed? 😱
