I purchased my subscription a few weeks ago and I have been doing a couple of flights. And it seemed to stop working. It’s saying that my subscription “expired” but when I visit the page it says it expire on the 22.
I need some help, I tried restarting the app and deleting the app and nothing work I just keep hitting a brick wall.
I have tried many troubleshoot options before submitting this support ticket. Because I know the workers at IF be busy so I wanted to make sure non of the problems wasn’t on my end.
Troubleshoot Methods
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.
Check my internet connect and data.
I restarted my device.
I made sure my date and time on my phone was correct.
And nothing seem to budge after all the troubleshooting I did.
And are you signed into that account in the app right now? What does it show on the same page as you just showed me in the screenshot above? I assume it is from earlier since it’s showing an active subscription.
It’s okay everyone is human I completely understand, and yes every time I try to fly it says that I don’t have an active subscription. And other times it don’t even let me within the server.
I checked our server logs just now, and i can see you launching the app and we’re verifying your sub as valid. So i would give it a go as soon as you’re able :)
