Subscription not transferring to new phone

I had infinite flight on my android tablet for years, but recently I also bought the game on my IPhone 8. I logged into my account and tried to play online but for some reason the subscription was not there and it was saying the account didn’t have a subscription, even though I can see and use it on my tablet. Is there a fix for this?

Make sure that it is the exact same email than your account on your andoid tablet.

It is. Even the online flight hours and grade level, landings, flights and recordings are all logged in. The subscription is just not there for some reason.

Your account is most likely not linked.
If you check on your tablet where you have access to the sub, does it say “Link account” in the bottom right after initially tapping your display name in the top right?

When I go on the tablet and press link, it says error linking account try again later or contact support.

Try again now.
I just did a search using the same email you have in here in our systems, and found an old account. I’ve removed the Google from that one now.
