Open a ticket with specific device make, model and current operating system version.
A copy of the electronic receipt from the store the purchase was made, full user name and last known call sign are needed if it’s Apple. There is a problem with Apples receipt verification system that sometimes will fail to validate a purchased subscription.

99.999999999% of all similar issues are usually caused by the user not using the same Facebook or Google account he purchased the subscription with.
