Subscription not being recognized

I just bought a subscription but it’s not showing on my ATC account
Device: Moto g stylus 5G
Operating system: Android 12 or higher

Wait, when you say “on my ATC account” it is only 1 account you have with IF, not 2 right?

Right I didn’t realize I wasn’t signed into my account when I made the purchase so I signed in and now it won’t recognize it the game has changed so much I don’t even know how to operate it anymore from the main screen @BP-Aviation

That might be something for @moderators then or possible even the staff via their support email.

This happened to me a few weeks ago aswell on Android. I uninstalled then re-installed the app and it worked after that.
