Subscription Linked to Wrong Account

Can some staff please help me with my pro subscription

Hey, Hi, I am Omkar Rathi, I was a pro member 2 years ago, I downloaded IF again today, But by mistake I subscribed on the new account, instead of the old account, can it be transferred to the new account, It was just 5mins back.

Please also mention your callsign.

If you’ve recently purchased a subscription and it’s inadvertently been applied to the wrong account, please send an email with the following information:

  • Callsign & username (if applicable) for the wrong account on which the subscription has been applied to.
  • Callsign & username (if applicable) for the account that you wish the subscription to be applied to.

Once that information is available, the subscription can be transferred.
