Subscription issues

Device: Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g
Operating system: Android 13

Good afternoon. Unfortunately I am unable to run online mode. It shows already purchased, but every time that I open IFSIM I’m headed to the subscription page, and the same looping keep happening.

Contact the team I think it may be a glitch try restarting your device

It has happened to me before

Thanks everyone for the messages. I’ve restarted my device multiple times, but didn’t fix the problem. I’ll be waiting for some support member to assist me.

I haven’t seen any email from you yet.
But I’ve manually refreshed things from our end now and the subscription seems to be there as it should now.

So if you check your account again, all should be as expected :)
