Subscription issues

Hi I purchased a subscription from the play store and I can’t log into my account. I need help.

Since you’ve already bought a subscription you simply log-in now though your Google/Facebook account.

and when you click “GET PRO” again, and attempt to log back into the account… Same results?

Try reinstalling the app. That’s what worked for me when I wasn’t able to find my new account in January. 🤷‍♂️

It automatically logged me into my new account when the app was reinstalled.

    – If Issue Persists Go To Step 2 –
  2. Reinstall App

Ontop of this, ensure that you purchased the subscription for the correct account.

Did you use the “Resubscribe” feature in Play Store?

Okay, that would be the issue then. That feature does not work with Infinite Flight and we’re working on getting it removed.

Your account should be fixed now. Just make sure to restart the app :)
