Subscription issue

Hello Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my subscription. I was in the middle of completing a four-leg flight session from LFPG to OMDB to LFPG to WSSS and back to LFPG when I was unexpectedly disconnected after many hours of flight time. The error message displayed was: “No active subscription.” However, I have an active subscription, which renewed automatically without any issues.

Could you please explain why I was disconnected? Is this a normal occurrence? The timing is especially confusing since the error appeared just as I received the notification confirming my payment.

Thank you for your assistance, as this interruption has been quite frustrating.

Hello!

It looks like your subscription renewed during your flight.
Normally that’s not a problem, unless the active app session has been really long. And in your case, just the flight itself was 37hrs+ when it happened.

So, just unfortunate timing in this case.
