Dear IF staff

Capt350 here,
My subscription recently ended today. I was planning on moving on to 6-monthly subscription so I cancelled the one month subscription. However I am in Türkiye and I need VPN to access Discord. When I went to renew my subscription I forgot my VPN open. The money was token from my account but my IF account was still on default. I tried everything but the app wasn’t giving me my subscription. Please help me I have IFATC CR in progress. I have reinstalled the app and I gained my subscription but it did give me my account. It gave me a total new account and when I tired to authorize with my old account it denied.
