Hi there,

Firstly just a few questions,

  • Do you have the latest version of Infinite Flight installed?

  • Is your device updated to the latest iOS?

  • Do you know if you have any restrictions enabled on your device that would prevent you from making in-app purchases or anything related?

Also guys, deleting/reinstalling the app isn’t the initial thing to do here, that should be down the line a bit…
