Subscription failure

Tried to subscribe. Got "Something went wrong at our end. Purchase failed. 6: Error.

@Jamie_Bigham1 Check your balance to see if it went through. If so, uninstall, then re-install, then sign in again. If it didn’t go through, check to see if you have enough money, or contact support. Usually an uninstall would fix this though.

Possibly because Google has locked your payment options until you verify, you are who you say you are.

Follow these steps:

  • Enter Google Play Store

  • Select payments

  • More payment settings.

It’ll open a web-page where you have to verify your identity.
