Just a heads up,
Ive just encountered a new issue. Im on final at EGLL and all of a sudden the box " Infinite flight cant get your account details pops up twice", i tap close and it disappears both times and i finish flight normally.
I exit and it tells me to Get pro in the blue box and states there is no active subscription.
Close the app. Restart the app and im back on pro.
Not sure what happened there but thought it might be worth bringing to attention.

Many a Time this happens due to an internet problem, are you sure that you had a constant connection during the flight?
Yeah. Usually when the connection is interrupted the green tick at the top right turns red until a connection is re established.
It was basically telling me i wasnt subscribed when i was. I closed the app and restarted it immediately and the issue had disappeared
Yeah so, To Fix this Either Check any Network Issues on your device, Check any issues with your Router or ReInstall the App.
This is Widely Regarded as the Best Solution
It wont be that. When my internet drops out, IF just continues the flight in offline mode.
It literally told me i didnt have a subscription when i was on final, disappeared just before i landed, i taxied to stand with full ATC and full connection. Then when i despawned it told me again i didnt have pro.
This is the last thing on the lists to suggest. So please do not go around saying things like this, please :)
Was your subscription perhaps up for renewal around the time this happened?
Yes, it was the very day this happened. But its never interrupted my flight before. Ive flown almost every day for almost 3 years ( nerd i know lol ) and never encountered it before
Yeah it makes sense.
This can happen if things time badly. But it’s fortunately very rare :)
