Subscription error

I come here through this topic, to ask you to release the month that was paid, which in turn gave an error, the payment was made but I don’t have full access to the simulator, follow the photos in this topic thank you



If you’ve recently purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Tap “GET PRO”
  2. Tap “I already have an account”
  3. Tap “Revert to default account” in the bottom right.

The steps listed above, should bring up the account which currently holds your purchased subscription.


Unfortunately it didn’t work

As it says “Purchase Failed” on the screenshot, can you confirm money was taken out of your account?

Restart the app.

It should be OK now.
The subscription was applied to a default account.
