Subscription Error

Hi, I want to let you know that I had a problem with the Infinite Flight Pro subscription. I had been subscribed for a month, an on July 5 I decided to renew my subscription. I flew an OMDB to EGPH today, and towards the end of the flight I started having connection problems. I couldn’t land, so I just quitted the flight. Now, I opened a solo flight and I had the DC-10 (the plane I used for the OMDB-EGPH). As soon as I tried to select another plane, the display said “Pro Subscription Required”. My subscription, though, was supposed to end on August 5, 2019. So I checked on the info with Grade, Landings ecc. and it said “no active subscriptions”. Here are is a screenshot to show you the problem.
