Subscription error

Hi there, i just purchaseda new tablet and thought I was logged into my account and purchased a subscription. I realized that I wasn’t signed in, now after linking my account. The system is asking to purchase pro but it’s already purchased. What should I do, thanks!

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 9
Operating system: Android 15, open UI Version 7.0
