Subscription Error Code 01

I’ve just subscribed and the app is saying I have no active subscriptions. I’ve restarted my phone and deleted the app and reinstalled. Anyone know how to fix this?

iPhone 7 Plus

Yes I referred to those threads and tried the suggestions to troubleshoot before logging my own ticket. No I don’t have Chris on my device. Still getting the same error.

Thanks for the response. Could you please download Chrome and reattempt after being logged in on Chrome. We are working to pinpoint the issue and appreciate your patience!

Thanks. I’ve downloaded chrome and have it open, I then went to open the app to “Fly Online” and got the same message.

OK! I subscribed again through Chrome, and I deleted and reinstalled the app - I’m good to go now. Thanks everyone!
