Subscription Applied to Default Account

I recently purchased a subscription but I was logged into a default account if anybody could help me I would really appreciate it

Welcome to the community, Aidan! This issue can be easily resolved; please respond with the information outlined below and a staff member should be able to transfer your purchased subscription to your desired account shortly.

  • Callsign & username (if applicable) for the wrong account to which the subscription has been applied.
  • Callsign & username (if applicable) for the account that you wish the subscription to be applied to.

Note: If I understand you correctly, you should only have a username for the account you wish the subscription to be applied to. In that case, you can provide just the callsign for the default account and either option for the desired one.
