Subscription/Account Problem

Device:Xiaomi 10S
Operating system: Android

Dear IF operator,

Greeting,

I encountered a tech issue when I tried to redownload the app, after suspending my pro subscription for a period of time. It seems my grade down to Level-1(seems like a new account).

For your info, the account that I normally use it connected with this community, and the current wrong account’s callisign is NN62628F.

Please provide me with instructions of how to move my new pro subscription to the old accounts.

Hello!

It’s been taken care of :)
Just make sure to restart the app and then sign in using your Community credentials. All should be as you want it to be after that.

For future reference;
Make sure that you’re signed in when making a new subscription purchase to avoid this.

Hi!

I have another two issues, when I tried to log in my account.

The first one is ‘google play error’. As the pic attached.

The second one is when I try to log in, it seems my broswer is not supported.

Would you please provide me further assisstence on that?

The first error doesn’t really say much. So I would just restart device to start with there.

Regarding the browser, can you access the Community otherwise from that device?
