Subscribtion problem

I renewed my subscription, and after the payment process I receive a message that there is no active subscription.

Common issue at times, I’ve experienced it before just gotta wait it out. If nothing changes by tomorrow email support.

This recently happened to me, so to fix it I restarted the app and the error message disappeared.

I have a work holiday today and I have decided to spend some time in the IF and hope to solve the problem in the fastest time

Yeah try restarting the app and hopefully that works had the same problem before restarting the app solved it for me .
