Subscribed but still with no access

Hello, I’ve just bought a month subscription, but the app still shows that I don’t have the Pro Sub

Have you clicked “Get Pro,” and then “I already have an account” to sign in?

Yes, I did that and I logged in with the account I bought the sub

Did it give you any sort of message, or did it just not sign you in at all?

When I select the account, it just go back to the Account menu

Ah, I see. In this case, your best bet would be to send an email. Include your Callsign, Device, and complete purchase receipt. A few folks have had the same problem as you lately, and emailing staff sorted it out.
