Subscribed but can’t log it

Hi

I am IOS player and i have an active subscription until 30 November. However when I logg in infinite it asked me to sub to pro… I did restored the purchase etc but NOTHING WORK!!! I tried just to see to subscribe again but impossible because it’s already active !! I did install re install the app etc nothing work see the screen shots ! HELP PLEASE

Sorry about that.

Try the following:

  • Tap “Get Pro”
  • Tap “I already have an account”
  • Tap “Restore Default Account”.
