I can’t log in to my IFC account directly in infinite flight. Why is this? I’m from China Mainland. Thank you.

If you can send me a screen shot of what your device says whilst your on the infinite flight app I can try help, if your not comfortable with sending me a picture send me a message to my account am sure I can figure out what’s going wrong.

Error Code 1 :

Error code 1

If you’re getting Error Code 1, that means the Google account hasn’t been used with Infinite Flight before. From your device, try linking your account with the IFC, and then you can logon to your friend’s device with the Infinite Flight option. Once you’re done using their device, you can go to “Switch Account” and press “Revert to default account” so they don’t mess up your stats :)

If the error code given is error Code 1, this will work for you.

Hi and welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Error code 8 usually points to an issue with the local network. Error code 4 could be a result of that as well. Could you try a different (Wi-Fi) network to see if that makes a difference? Or maybe switch to cellular? Please also use 🔍 to find other information about solving error code 8 issues.
