I just bought an Infinite Flight Pro subscription today (July 4, 2026), but I am stuck on the “You are on the Live waitlist” screen. I cannot access the multiplayer servers at all.
When I check my profile settings inside the game, it clearly shows that my 1-month Pro subscription is active and was renewed today. My in-game username is Enes_Dogan.
Could you please check my account on the server side and manually activate my Live access?

if you are talking about the recently introduced live feature, it is not yet public, it’s in a test phase, that is why you cannot access it. They will progressively give the users on waitlist access to this feature, for test purposes, but everyone is on the waitlist rn, and the fact that you renewed your sub does not change it, since it’s not available yet.
However, if you have an active pro sub, you have access to all aircrafts, all regions and multiplier server within the game
Live is a different mode, those chosen will be the only ones able to get into live for now.
To play multiplayer just go to free flight and pick multiplayer on the bottom, and then pick expert server. Make sure ur at grade 3 in order to access it.

He means the “you are on the waitlist screen” is stuck and he cant access any of the servers

There is a waitlist, and the IF staff gave NOT started to accept it yet. There are limited people who have access. They will start to accept people when they are ready to.
