Hi. I wanted to know, because I’m grade 3 and I did a violation and went back to grade 2, what do I need to do to go back to grade 3?
Do you know what Level Violation it was? In order to fly on Expert, you cannot have more than 5 Level 2 and/or Level 3 violations in a 365 day period. More information can be found here:

You have to wait however long for the violation to fall off your record. The time depends on the requirements and how many violations you have.
adding on to what @VixenKasai said, it normally takes around a week for the violation to get off your record.
if you do two violations within the same week (excluding two violations on the same day), then it’ll take two weeks.
