can the developer or anyone help me please? i’ve been struggling so much with touch bug, i can’t zoom the camera, can’t communicate with atc by touching radio, & can’t zoom/panning the map. while other function works normally except the things i’ve mentioned above
device: infinix note 40
os: android 15
infinite flight version: 25.1.4 (latest)
To rule out this as device problem. Does this issue only happen in Infinite flight? Or does it happen in other applications?
that is A Issue I think I also Saw before when I zoom sometimes when moving left or right Then It zooms more in
just happens on infinite flight unfortunately
yes & it’s really annoying. imagine when you already taxiing miles long to the runway & can’t contact the atc because you can’t press the radio. had to restart the game & start all over from the gate

On Infinite flight
Go to Settings → General → Show Touches
Then whenever a touch is recognised it will show up as a white circle.
Could you send us a screenshot on the device after you enabled the option.(without touching the screen at all)
If there is no circle that means it’s not a touch issue. (It’s something else)

Here, I can change the angle from any direction, but as you can see I can’t zoom or pan.
here, i can’t zoom/pan on the map either
in interior camera mode, I can’t zoom or pan, just like in normal camera mode.
lastly, i also can’t do the zoom & pan at the home screen map
the touch bug on the radio suddenly disappear when i activated the show touch option, but I’ll attach the proof as well if it occurs again when i landed in WSSS later

Did it stop working on the current install? Did it go from consistently working on the current intall to consistently not working?
Or is it an intermittent problem?
Can you deal with any data loss issues if trying a reinstall?
hello, fyi the bug only occurs on my device since the 25.1.1 update came in, i never experiencing the same type of bug on the 24.x.x version.
when i realized the bug, i’m deleting all the app’s data first. seeing it’s not working, then i reinstalled the game, but unfortunately it’s not working & the bug still occurs
yes it is, sometimes it works perfectly but sometimes isn’t. i think i’ve got a pattern here. if the bug doesn’t occurs when departing (pushback, taxi, take off), then it will be happened on the arrival (whether i’m descending, on final, or already landed then boom i cant press the radio)
