Strobes on CRJ not appearing in window view

Hey everyone! Today while I was flying from KEWN to KCLT I noticed something when I was flying the CRJ-700. In the window view, the strobe lights don’t flicker. My strobe lights were 100% on and even showed up on my outside window view. Here is what I’m talking about.

These were on. They weren’t flickering at the time I screenshotted it.

As you are little bit behind the wing you may not be able to see the strobe lights as the are hidden. I cant see them either so it’s just not you. But they are on in any other view

I don’t believe that is it, the wing tips are visible (difficult to see though) but i believe that this is a known problem.

The wing tips are but the actually strobes are a little bit hidden

I can see the physical strobe light from the wingview clearly. it’s not flickering with the lights on.
