Hello i was landing at LPMA and once i came to the ground i went straight through it. Do i just clear scenary cache? Or do i have to do something else?
Clear scenery cache and restart your device.
Sometimes only the first step is necessary but just to make sure I would turn off your device aswell.

What do you exactly mean? Did you just fall through the ground?
Yes. Straight through the ground.
Did the Global Server checklist on the top right had a green tick indicating ok or red as for a problem?
That happened to me once I ran out of storage. The scenery stopped loading and I could not see the runway which resulted me just falling through it…
I dont know if it was green but i think it was. I could see the runway i just flew throught it.
